I am extremely pleased with my decision to choose Collis Roofing for my new roof installation. From the initial quote provided by Chris Z. to the installation process and final inspection with Chris B., the entire experience was seamless and well‑managed. Chris B communicated consistently, sending text updates several times a day including pics throughout the three‑day project to ensure I was informed at every step. The crew was professional and respectful, maintaining a clean worksite each day. They were thorough in their cleanup, even using a magnet around the property at the end of the project to ensure no nails were left behind. Thank you, Collis Roofing, for your excellent service and attention to detail!

Let me start off by saying we owned a contracting company for over 30 years and it is not easy to find competent employees. With that said, we can be hard to please, some might say “picky”! We got bids and did our due diligence in research and questions before selecting Collis Roofing for our re-roof. Our first contact was with the Jonathan (Sales Rep.), who was very knowledgeable and was able to answer all our questions / “what ifs” we had, and made us feel comfortable that Collis is a business which works hard to earn your trust. The crew which worked on our home were very hard / steady workers and their daily clean up was above expectations. They completed job in 3 ½ days as promised. Our project manager was Chris, because of his knowledge and expertise, our job was done in a smooth and efficient manner. He is an excellent communicator with strong attention to detail and provides pics as you go with explanations of all aspects of job. Chris made the job from start to finish.. pleasant!! We were blessed to have him work on our home and feel confident that our job will last for many years to come, with Collis’ good name to back it up! Kudos to Collis for hiring such knowledgeable and professional staff, you would be fortunate to have Chris and Jonathan on your team!

We have lived in our home over 20 years and cherish it as our family home base, the place our boys grew up, and the place we have made and entertained lifelong friends. Our home is unique in design having a combination of unusually high-pitched roof and flat roof on various portions of the home. As such, we did not take selection of a re-roof company lightly, to say the least. We interviewed and received bids from 4 good, reputable companies. In the end it was a no-brainer when we selected Collis. Their company exhibited deep experience in all areas of our needs and performed better than we expected. Not to mention, Dave Collier, our representative, kept us informed and up to date on progress on a very regular basis throughout the process. During our process, we needed to shift gears on changing out the exterior facade and adding a new cap to our huge fireplace chimney, which Collis was able to fully handle in-house. One stop shopping! And the end result far exceeded our expectations. We are very happy with Collis, Dave, and the final result. We are very comfortable and excited as we enter the next 20 years in our home. I would highly recommend Collis Roofing for your home's needs.

Great experience and top job work! Our roof was 23 years old and needed replacing. The price quoted was extremely reasonable. (Our house is approx 1800 sq ft) Installation took 2 days and while we had a few pieces of plywood that needed replacement from damage we were unaware of, we were informed and pics were sent of the area that needed replacing beforehand. The workmen were professional and cleaned up the job site very well. Extra thanks to Ray Hiltz who went above and beyond to assist us and showed patience and was pleasant every step of the way. Communication was excellent and always timely. I would definitely 100% recommend Collis Roofing to anyone needing their services.

Collis Roofing is the best! My home was built in 2017 by RYAN HOMES and the roof was put on by Collis Roofing. In 2017 Hurricane Irma, damaged some of my shingles. I called a roofing company, which I will not name to look at the damaged shingles and gave me an estimate of approximately $2400. Then I remembered Collis Roofing did the original work so I decided to give them a call. College Roofing came out looked at the Damage and repaired it for less than $500. Fast-forward to 2024 hurricane Milton again damaged more of the shingles but for the most part, the entire roof was OK. College Roofing came out, looked at the damage and repaired everything made it look like new for under $500. I can’t guarantee you that your prices will be the same because it depends on the damage. But what I will guarantee is that you will get the same quality of service durability of shingles and professionalism from all of their technicians. Collis Roofing… They are my heroes! David, Donna, Brian, Carlos and his team did a great job! They cleaned up after themselves every night, they were responsive, prompt, and upbeat the whole time. They swept and took a magnet to the yard to make sure there are not nails all over the place.

Collis roofing did such a great job for us. We had problems from the last roofing contractor that did our roof 14 years ago. These guys came in and worked on correcting that and did a great job on our new roof. Two days and they were done and cleaned up. Kai was the head guy on our project and he was so nice. Kept us informed of every step of the job and was there for any questions that we had. They were very respectful and all the workers were great. Great group, I definitely would refer them.

My family and I own some multifamily properties around Central Florida. Quite a few years back we were bidding out a roof replacement and met Collis Roofing. From the beginning, meeting our sales rep Eddie, to hiring them and working through the project with their superintendent Kai, we experienced exactly what we were looking for. Open and honest about pricing and clear communications throughout the entire process has made them our “go to” roofing company. Not only have we used them multiple times since our first project, I personally have referred them to every single friend that has asked me for a roofing company recommendation. Eddie will guide you through your needs and the selection process with complete professionalism, and once Kai gets on site you’ll know everything that is going on throughout the project. Easy to give them 5 stars.

Insurance told us we needed a new roof even though ours was only 16 years old. We had no issues with the existing roof, so chose to use the same company that had installed it 16 years ago, Collis! The entire process was smooth and professional. Chris Z (sales) and Chris B (installation) made a great team, providing clear communication throughout the process. We were very pleased, and feel very confident in our decision. Would 100% recommend Collis to anyone needing a new roof!

Collis did a fantastic job on my new roof, they were respectable, communicative and did quality work. I have an 100+ year old wood home that had a grandfathered-in higher-pitched metal roof with no decking under the metal. Collis added decking and completed the new roof (shingled) in just 2 days! Andrew M provided me with the quote and took the time to educate me so I could make good decisions—super friendly/not pushy at all, and responsive from start to finish. Chris B was the superintendent on my job providing me with multiple updates each day as the job progressed (pictures of progress, additional materials needed, inspection updates, etc.). No complaints about the work crew, they were nice, efficient, and left the surrounding property in good shape. Billing process was easy, invoices are emailed. Pricing was reasonable although was not the lowest of my quotes, it was the right combination of quality/affordability. Overall, very pleased with Collis and would recommend them! Ray, Kai, and Collis Roofing, were the absolute best one could hope for in a roofing company! I made arrangements for my Father, who lives a 5 hr drive away from me. Collis was recommended by one of his neighbors. Straight forward and present, from beginning to end! The initial meeting when Ray arrived at ny Father's house to go over the contract, while I was on the phone during the meeting. They sent me confirmation when the permit was issued, and again what schedule to expect for the dumpsters arrival. The day the project was to start, they showed up exactly when they said they would. Kai sent me pictures and updates throughout the 1 1/2 days of the project. Another notification when the inspection was complete. They treated my Father as one would/should treat their own. I can't express enough, what that meant to me! This is THE company you want for your project!!

My roof looks amazing. I needed it done in a hurry. We signed contract Sunday and the roof was completed on Thursday. Absolutely no hassle along the way. I definitely recommend them to anyone looking.

The next day Jeff came out and had it resolved. That is customer service from the moment I made the call all the way thru years later supporting me, the customer. I couldn't be happier. Thanks.

Collis roofing did a great job from beginning to end. The sales rep Eddie sat with us, explained everything and helped us with colors. Very nice person. When the crew came Kai Doyle the product manager kept us informed with pictures of things that needed to be replaced that wasn’t in the original agreement. He was amazing. The crew that they had worked so hard I could not believe it. They did a job that I feel was outstanding. This company also did my sister‘s house and my next-door neighbor‘s house so I saw what they were capable of doing. I highly recommend him!!!

Aj has helped me with 2 separate repairs after hurricanes. His first repair held up during the 2nd hurricane great. The damage to the roof from the second hurricane was to the original roof. Collis also replaced the roof on my old house in 2014 and it never had an issue up to when I sold in 2020. I drove by the old house after Milton and there was no roof damage. Collis roofing shows up when they say they will and does quality work

Collis roofing responded to a call we made regarding a roof leak near our dryer vent. This was just 2 days before Hurricane Milton was due to make landfall. Collis Roofing came out the same day, found the source of the leak, and made a study temporary repair until the full repair work can be done after Milton. The repair held through Hurricane Milton's wind and rain and we were spared what could have become a much bigger problem. Thank you Collis Roofing for always being there for us, being so professional, and doing an outstanding job. Highly, HIGHLY recommend!!!

I love my new roof. The color matches perfectly with the stones attached to my house. Very courteous crew. Anytime I had a concern or question, Matthew Alston got right on it. He was extremely helpful with all my concerns. They forgot to cover my pool so I had granules everywhere. When I brought this to Matthew's attention, he got right on the phone and now they are sending me a check to have my pool and deck cleaned. I was so impressed from start to finish. I highly recomment Collis Roofing and especially Matthew Alston. Great job guys!!! Great workmenship. Thank you again

I had the pleasure of dealing with Ray from Collis Roofing today. He was very polite and honest with us. He assured that our current roof still had several years of life left on it. All the other roofing salesman that came out never mentioned that and only wanted to sell us a new roof. You can't put a price on integrity. Great job Ray, we'll see you when we need a new roof in a few years.

What a wonderful experience we had with Collis Roofing today! Alan showed up on time and he was thorough, tidy, and professional. He did an amazing job climbing up to make multiple repairs to our clay tile roof -- which is three floors up. While up there, he took photos so we could see just how badly damaged our roof was - - and how beautifully he repaired it. He moved around carefully and nimbly, and even in this horrible heat (almost 90 degrees), he remained upbeat and personable. If I could give more than 5 stars I most certainly would!! If you want a call back because you have an issue, Call Collis Roofing! I called two other large roofing companies, their answering folks said I would get a call back to set up an appointment the next day, I waited 3 weeks and gave up. So I called Collis Roofing and they told me when I would get a call back, AND THEY CALLED ME BACK! A day later Alan H. came by to inspect the roof to find the cause of my leak. Alan found it in literally 2 minutes and he showed me pictures of the issue. As luck would have it, I had shingles and he got approval to do the work right away. He was finished in 30 minutes and it was a fair price. Call Collis Roofing for any roofing issues you have!

A.J. was very professional and keep us to up to date on the status of our roof. The crew was very professional and cleaned up after they finished. We compared various roofing companies and their price was the lowest.

I'm a 1st time homeowner who was nervous about the process of getting a roof replaced and covered by homeowners insurance. Mr. Greg Dickey of Collis Roofing made this experience less stressful and was always quick to respond to questions and concerns via text, email, or call. The Collis Roofing crew also did an excellent job of completing my roof in a timely manner and were also respectful of my yard(and dogs) cleaning up before they left every day. I have already recommended Collis Roofing to friends and family and have had neighbors ask who installed my great looking roof!
